Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving an order if an item is damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective on arrival.

Returns and exchanges are considered for unused bicycle products, spare parts, tools, and accessories that are in original condition with packaging, manuals, labels, and accessories included where applicable.

Installed, used, damaged by misuse, altered, worn, or incomplete items are not eligible for return unless the issue is caused by an error from our side or a verified product defect.

Refunds or replacements are reviewed after we receive clear photos, order details, and any required inspection result. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where practical.

Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility, size, model, and specifications before purchase. Compatibility mistakes may not qualify for refund unless approved by us.
